This is our main residence with everything you need for a family with children; we do not stay on site during rentals, you will be alone to feel at home! Large garden + inflatable Jacuzzi. Places of interest: - trails from the house - 20 min from Pilat hikes - 50 min from Puy en Velay & Lyon - 10 min walk to the village The space House of 105 m2. Kitchen, living room, bathroom and separate toilet, three bedrooms (1st bedroom bed 120 x 200 + mattress 1 place on the floor / 2nd bedroom bed 140 x 190 + mattress 2 places on the floor / 3rd bedroom bed 120 x 200 + baby bed + mattress 1 place on the floor / living room sofa bed 2 places). Bed linen provided free of charge (shower towels on request €5/person). Single-storey house with bay windows overlooking the fully enclosed 2000 m2 wooded garden. Pets are ok but please let us know when renting: sofa and bedroom strictly forbidden for animals. The outdoor inflatable hot tub is heated year-round. You can enjoy the view of the garden, in a hot whirlpool bath, unlimited in the sun or under the snow. (€15/day for short stays or a package of €50 for the entire stay from 4 nights). You can adjust the temperature to put the Jacuzzi in pool mode in summer. Guest check-in: 3 p.m. / Guest check-out: 11 a.m. Laundry in the village 2min drive. Raclette / crepes machine available. Wood barbecue also outside. From the house you can enjoy on foot a lovely trail that leads to a small stream winding the forest. Very nice walking or biking from home. Ideal house for 6 people but possibility to put mattresses on the floor and use the sofa to accommodate 8 people. Please let us know if you're coming with more than 6 people. Guest access Entire house with 2000 m2 of enclosed land. Ideal for families with small children (high chair, crib, bathtub, various games, safety barriers). The house is a main residence left for rent entirely; during bookings we go to stay elsewhere. You will feel, we hope, at home. Parties are strictly forbidden. We ask our guests to leave the premises in the same condition as they found them. Other things to note We have a cat living in total autonomy in the basement of the house and outside+ three chickens in aviary. Give them grain or your leftover food, and they will return it to you by allowing you to feast on their organic eggs! (no obligation to take care of the hens, they manage on their own). You can use the aromatic herbs from the garden and eggs for free. Sheets are provided, tea towels are provided. Shower towels are not provided. Please let me know by message if you would like to book one. The jacuzzi is in unlimited use (supplement 15 euros per day for charges). Please let us know if you'd like when you book. Package of 50 euros, from 4 nights and +, for the jacuzzi. To make your stay even more enjoyable, you can receive a relaxing massage by Alexandrine (alexandrinenascentia), a wellness assistant, directly in the house. Price: €70 for 1 hour and 15 minutes of relaxation. Also possible to have a chef at home for an exceptional moment: chefwooner (see contact details on the internet). The common trash containers are at the end of the cul-de-sac on the left (100 m). Please dispose of your garbage before you leave and leave the house in the same clean condition in which it welcomed you.
