3* gîte to be in harmony with nature

New cottage completed at the end of June 2021. You will live in a quiet and peaceful environment and you can enjoy our natural swimming pond (300 m2 of open water). We also rent a small trailer (far from the cottage and not overlooked) so you will share the green spaces and the water with our other tenants (3 max). We will share with you our knowledge of our beautiful region and its preserved nature. Please read THE ENTIRE listing before booking The space The cottage is located in an old country stone barn next to our house. You have private access and not overlooked by us or the trailer. From the outside, you will have a bird's eye view of the swimming pool which is located a little below. We have renovated this cottage with passion, just like our property in general, so we will ask you to be very respectful of this place that we love. Guest access Guests can park their car next to the cottage or in a private parking lot nearby. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE, CLEANING IS NOT INCLUDED in the service, i.e. we ask that you return the gîte to us as you found it on arrival. If you don't want to do the cleaning, you can pay for this service on site. €50 package We remind you that we do not provide sheets for beds or towels. So as a reminder: 2 double beds in 140 and 1 single bed in 90. Possibility of renting sheets + towels with "made beds" service (ask us for info about this by message). The coffee maker is a Senseo, so bring the appropriate pods. There is also a French press. Warning: THERE IS NO small grocery store available (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, tea, coffee...) remember to bring them. Possibility to buy a small grocery kit on site (ask us for information about this by message). We accept dogs (number and breed to be specified before confirmation) but not cats. Please note that we will ask you to manage your pet well (barking, droppings, wandering on the property). We love dogs, but we must give them a framework to respect everyone. Regarding heating, the cottage has a pellet stove. You will be charged an additional fee corresponding to your on-site consumption if you use it. For information, 1 bag of pellets costs €6. We will review your consumption with you, upon arrival and departure. The advantage is that you only pay for what you have consumed. It's up to you to be reasonable ;). We put this system in place to prevent abuse and it works very well. We lend electric bikes to our guests who want them. You'll be able to view the loan terms on site or by asking us your questions via Airbnb.
