Spacious Luxury Farm Retreat in Coastal Hinterland

Only 40 minutes drive from Hornsby, Sydney, Graelynn Farm is the perfect place to escape and enjoy the tranquility and rural lifestyle. Watch your family unwind and relax in this amazing space with amazing bush and distant ocean views. This spacious and modern home has a pool, four separate living rooms and oversized bedrooms making it the perfect place for multiple/extended-families, bridal-party groups, writers retreats, girls weekends and get togethers. The space With spacious accommodation for up to 10 guests there are 4 full bedrooms, plus a bedroom/sunroom with sofa bed, three separate living spaces, two bathrooms, modern well-appointed kitchen, barbecue facilities, wood fire and ducted air-conditioning. The sunroom has a comfortable fold out queen bed. Outside, relax in the pool or enjoy the views from one of three large verandahs. Walk around the well maintained gardens or sit outside and enjoy the fresh mountain air. Watch the lambs from the paddock gates and collect the eggs each day from our four fluffy hens. Guest access Guests have access to the single level house, the pool and the gardens. There is plenty of space for children to ride their bikes and play outdoors, watch the sheep and lambs and play table tennis in the garage. There are two garage spaces and two carports spaces for guests. Please note that this is a working farm and as such there may be occasions when the owners or contractors are required to maintain the gardens and care for livestock on the property. We will do our best to not do this on weekends so that your stay is not interrupted. The two farm sheds which are approximately 100 metres from the home are not accessible to guests. Other things to note We provide enough firewood for the nights booked for the indoor wood burning fire in colder months. Beyond this, guests will need to provide their own wood (available by the bag from the local store) for any excess use and for the firepit. We have a Nespresso Delonghi coffee machine which takes standard pods. We supply a small number of pods for our guests to enjoy a coffee or two on arrival.
