Nearby hiking, biking! The space Best for 4 adults or one family. ENTRY-LEVEL: Upon entering, you’ll immediately be met with wide expansive windows in the living room, perfect for taking in the nature views. The kitchen and half bathroom are also located on this floor, along with a sliding door which leads to a patio with stunning forest views. *All the bedrooms are located downstairs on the bottom level. TOP LEVEL: Our gameroom level includes a ping pong table, numerous family games, comfy chairs for relaxing & taking in the views, and so much more! BEDROOM 1: The master boasts a spacious King bed, tv, direct access to the outdoor patio, and the attached master bathroom. BEDROOM 2: The second bedroom has a luxurious Queen bed, along with direct access to the patio which is shared amongst the two bedroom. BEDROOM 3: Here you will find 2 sets of floor bunk beds as this serves as our kid’s room. Please note that the top bunks do have a weight capacity of 100lbs and these beds may be bigger suited for children. Other things to note: We have parking for 2 cars (1 in driveway, 1 in garage) & there is no street parking permitted. If you would like to use the original wood-burning fireplace, please plan to bring up firewood or we recommend the Duraflame Logs.🪵 SNOW CHAINS ARE REQUIRED DURING SNOW SEASON. Please check the CalTrans site for further information. We offer snow shovels & snow removal contacts for your convenience. No smoking of any kind allowed in the house. $750 fee assessed for smoking in the property. Guest access The guests will have access to the whole property.
