The space The house is οn the first floor, 30m from the seaside, has a really long veranda with sea view, private parking for 2 cars, yard with shed and outdoor sitting area, shower, BBQ and colourful garden surrounded by a stone fence. There are 2 big bedrooms in the first of which there is a queen size bed, A/C, and a 40'' LCD TV . The second bedroom (30 sq.m.) is devided only visually in two different spaces with different entrances: one has a double bed ,A/C and a 24'' LCD TV and the other has a single bed, a bunk and a 32'' LCD TV. The kitchen is quite big with a sofa bed and fully equipped with electric oven, fridge, deep freezer, microwave oven, coffee machine, toaster, blender and boiler. In the bathroom there is also washing machine and hair dryer. It is a cool and bright house, surrounded by a very long veranda watching east, west and south to the Aegean open sea.
