Le Hôme Casamance: Enjoy with family or friends of our Villa "Kassoumaï" from 8 to 10 people in this villa renovated in 2023, located in a 6 ha condominium in a green, fully enclosed and guarded park with access to the beach. It is also possible to rent the entire house (14 beds and 3 bathrooms, two kitchens, conditions to see on the site under the heading "Entire Villa"). The space The Kassoumaï unit has: On the ground floor: - A very large cathedral living room with a convertible sofa bed two-seater; - A large equipped open kitchen; - A separate bedroom with a double bed 60 m wide; - A separate bedroom with a double bed 1.40 m wide; - One bathroom with a toilet The entire garden floor opens onto the sheltered patio and the vast garden. You have access to the patio and wooded garden in shared spaces with the villa "Teranga". You have a private exit for the garden. Upstairs: - A bedroom with 1 double bed 1.60 m wide. - One bedroom with two single beds - One bathroom with a shower and toilet. All the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. Guest access You have private access to this entire home. The garden has a private exit reserved for you. The sheltered patio and the vast garden are shared with the villa "Teranga". The swimming pool of the residence you have access to is located 200 meters from the villa. The condominium also has access to the beach. Sunbeds are installed and arranged around the pool. A ping pong table is also available. Other things to note Daily housekeeping done except Sundays. Our manager or we are here to facilitate your check-in/checkout. A small grocery store is located right outside the residence. Several restaurants are nearby, several of which are open year-round (list to ask from the host). Upon request, the fishing of the day as well as fruit and vegetables from the market can be offered on site for purchase. Activities possible upon request to the host, various excursions: Pirogue in the bolongs, visit the surrounding islands, mountain bike and/or quad bike tours in the surroundings, rice fields or on the beach. Excusions are to be paid in addition. On request, a local dish can be cooked for you in the villa (see financial terms with the host).
