Easy Access to DC 3BR 3 BA Renovated House w/ Yard

This renovated house in Northern VA is perfect for families looking to explore the DC with lots of space. The home offers 3 BR, 3 full BA, a double car driveway, fenced in backyard and a wonderful screened in porch. It is a 5 minute drive to two different metro stops that go directly to DC. Kitchen and all 3 Bathrooms have been recently renovated. Please note this is my primary residence so closets and bathrooms will have my personal items. The space The main level includes a newly renovated kitchen, living room dining room with seating for 6, as well as a separate den with TV (Apple device and YouTube TV with no password required). An owners room on the main level will be locked. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, bakeware, crockpot, blender, etc as well as a Keurig coffee maker - sugar and milk will be provided, as well as olive oil and spices. The main level has access to the large fenced in backyard with a dining table for 6 and umbrella. The house also features a new screened in porch with a sectional sofa that seats six, a dining table for six, and outdoor TV with free YouTube TV. There is a small full bath on the main level with tub/shower. Upstairs includes 3 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms. The Master Bedroom has a King Size bed, Samsung Frame smart TV and newly renovated ensuite bathroom with tub/shower. The 2nd Bedroom has a Queen Size bed, and TV with Roku stick. The 3rd Bedroom has laundry, work out space with some weights and mats, a TV, and a pull out twin size bed for a child. A 3rd newly renovated Bathroom is shared by the 2 other upstairs bedrooms. Ceiling fans throughout and dual zoned HVAC with Nest thermostats. All six TVs will have free access to YouTube TV without a password. As noted above, there is limited closet and storage space for clothes. Guest access The main front door has a Nest bolt lock and you will receive a 6-digit code for your stay. The front door handle should not be locked - although a key is available I don't lock it so you can't get locked out. Keys for the backdoor to the backyard (from the kitchen) and for the screened in porch (off the dining area) will be in a lockbox on the screened in porch dining table. Code for the lockbox will be provided prior to check-in. There is a security system but the code will not be provide as it is so difficult to change. Other things to note Dogs will be accepted on a case by case basis and a non-refundable pet fee of $150. Dog bed, bowls and dog wipes will be provided. There is a doggie door from the kitchen to the backyard and the yard is fully fenced in so your pet can roam free. If you have more than one dog, please contact me for approval. I do not accept cats.
