La Gándara Rural House

"La Gándara" is a beautiful 4-bed rural house, renovated in 2010 for tourist use with all the comforts of modern life and the charm of the typical houses of the area. The two upper floors with wooden floors and pellet stove give exceptional warmth to the place. Located in a quiet area at the foot of the Sierra de Gistredo. The space On the ground floor there is a kitchen-living room with a small toilet. There is also a bathroom with shower on the first floor. The house maintains the essence of the traditional typology of the region in the construction materials (stone, wood and slate). The furniture and decor are closer to a functional and minimalist aesthetic, although with some more traditional decorative details. In the living room area there is a comfortable chaise-longue. The house has a TV, sound system and DVD with USB input port. Downstairs, a biomass (pellet) stove has been installed for the winter to heat the house with the warmth of the flames in an efficient and ecological way. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with the right kitchenware as well as a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, washing machine and extractor hood. La Gándara has a capacity of 4 people, distributed in two double rooms. One with a 1.40 meter bed on the first floor and the other with two single beds in the attic. Both bedrooms have TVs.
