Typical apartment with fireplace

You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. Close to skiing facilities in Briancon and/or Chantemerle; confortable for parking with loading/ unloading in front of the door; easy entrance from the street without stairs (just 3 steps) and easy access to the apartment for moving in/out kids, strollers, bikes, and people with limited movements. Windows facing south, very bright and mountain view. Very close to Forte Vauban and Gargouille where all shops and traditional restaurants. The space The entrance to the apartment is directly into a large living room with 1 window and a balcony facing south; this also includes a dining area and a kitchen area. The fully equipped bathroom with sink, toilet, bidet and shower is separated by a hallway (small corridor). The two bedrooms, one of which is a double and one with 3 single beds (1 bunk bed +1 single), have a door to the living room. The apartment has access from a common entrance area and the condominium door (access is not direct to the outside) Guest access Access to the apartment is via 3 steps from the street level where there is a parking lot. It is very convenient and fast for loading and unloading. Other things to note In front of and behind the house there are both paid parking lots (with the possibility of weekly passes) and free parking lots.
