The second residence of Jorge Vázquez - haute couture designer and creative director of the Pertegaz house - Villa Los Magnolios was completely renovated and adapted to current needs and comforts. It has four bedrooms with a private bathroom each and several living and dining rooms, a full kitchen and a large private garden with a swimming pool. The space The marks on the walls and windows at different heights reveal that it was once not a single dwelling, but two. Two farmhouses with more than 300 years of history, which after a meticulous renovation, today are united through an open space that invites anyone who knocks on the door to pass through. At the time, the houses belonged to the Count of La Maza, and now to the designer Jorge Vázquez. The old farmhouse articulates all corners of the villa: the living rooms and bedrooms, the semi-open gallery, the kitchen, the extensive gardens on two levels with the outdoor dining room and the pool and chillout area. In addition, the villa has a parking area for 4 vehicles. The interior of the house is divided into two open-plan floors, including suites, living rooms, kitchen and the rest of the rooms. The lower floor has the main living room with an entrance hall, the dining room gallery, the tea room, the reading room, the indoor dining room, the professional kitchen, a suite room with a private bathroom and a toilet. Upstairs is the presidential suite with a bathroom and private living room. In addition, two other suites with private bathrooms complete the upper floor. The presidential suite overlooks the garden and has a private living room with reading space; it has large storage cabinets and a sofa bed ideal for the youngest members of the family. Everything you need for a comforting rest. Twin room: room with two single beds of 100x200 cm and full private bathroom. It has natural light overlooking the garden and outdoor ventilation. Upper floor double room: 150x200 cm double bed room, with full private bathroom. It has views of the garden and pool. Lower floor double room: 150x200 cm double bed room with private bathroom with shower tray. It has a large closet, natural ventilation and natural light. All rooms come with home textiles: quality cotton sheets for each bed and cotton towels for each guest. ROOMS The main living room is a pleasant space, with a large sofa, TV and fireplace: Murano lamps, Becara upholstery, oriental ceramics...are some of the elements that decorate this pleasant living room that also communicates with both the gallery and the upper floor, which is accessed through a majestic stone staircase. Adjacent to the main living room are the tea room, reading room and wooden gallery. DINING GALLERY The wooden gallery, with access from both inside and outside, is one of the most characteristic corners of the villa: an exceptional space typical of the traditional buildings of the region, it has a large dining table and a rest area with sofas. The gallery can be opened almost completely to join with the garden and outdoor area. KITCHEN The rural yet refined aesthetic of the house contrasts with the avant-garde and professional design of the kitchen. With high-end appliances and a large steel-coated work area, it has everything you need for cooking. Fully equipped, it has an oven, ceramic hob, microwave, American-style refrigerator, dishwasher and all the small appliances and utensils and kitchenware necessary to enjoy the best cuisine in the region. Connected to the kitchen is a cozy dining room with table and chairs for eight diners. In addition, the kitchen is located in a strategic point of the house, as it has direct access to the outdoor dining room and the garden area. GARDENS The gardens of the Los Magnolios villa are characterized by the simplicity and importance they give to the farmhouse itself. The garden can be divided into four large spaces: the entrance and hallway, the outdoor dining room, the gallery area and the pool and gazebo area. In addition, the different heights of the gardens allow the spaces to be segregated for the development of different events or "stations" simultaneously. Access to the villa's main gate is through a path framed by tall boxwoods and elegant cypresses, and ends in a small entrance hall to the villa. The outdoor dining room, next to the well, is in turn divided into two different spaces: the area properly intended for outdoor dining and another rest area ideal for an aperitif. The outdoor dining room connects directly with the kitchen, and can be conceived as a single space of union between house and garden. The pool environment is another of the most versatile spaces: with a large English-style garden area, the deep blue pool becomes the backbone between the solarium area and the gazebo. An ideal space that also has garden furniture to enjoy a moment of relaxation and disconnection to the fullest. Other things to note **HEATING** This accommodation has heating enabled from November to April. **TRAVEL COT AND HIGH CHAIR** Travel crib is provided upon request and subject to availability; for hygiene reasons, bedding is not provided for the crib. **EVENTS** The versatility of the spaces of Villa Los Magnolios is infinite, being able to conceive outdoor and indoor events or even combining both environments. In addition, the possibility of accommodation makes Villa Los Magnolios an excellent option for holding company events, gastronomic experiences, exclusive weddings (maximum 3 per year)...
