Less than 1 mile from the I-135 Magnolia Exit. Central location with anything you need within a 2 mile radius. Grocery store, Central Mall & tons of shopping near this location. Super clean 4 bedroom home. One of the bedrooms is located in the basement. Please bring your Pack and Play for sleeping babies or toddlers. The lower bunk bed doesn't have bed rails attached, but you can find some underneath the bed for use during your stay. 2 Queen Sized beds upstairs as well as a bunk bed that has one twin on top and a full sized bed on the bottom. The downstairs bed is full sized. Baby gate at the top of the stairs for the safety of the little ones. One bathroom with tub and handheld shower head. Fully functional kitchen with everything you need to make a meal including a dishwasher. Both Kurig and regular coffee pot provided. Dining room just off the kitchen decorated with a Wizard of Oz Photo Wall. High chair available on site. Please notify host if it's needed prior to stay. Toddler cups, bowls, plates and silverware provided. Two separate living areas with large living room in the basement with a 75" Smart TV. Upstairs living room has 65" Smart TV. Internet access is provided along with Netflix signed in on both TV's. There is no cable TV, but bring along your passwords and sign in to your favorite apps for easy access to your favorite shows. Outdoors there is a sidewalk that goes around the block for walking your furry family member. Dog dishes provided. Please clean up after your pet. Scooper and bags provided. The backyard is mostly a brick patio and the only grass is under the swing set. It is fenced in yard and has a patio table with 4 chairs for watching the kids and/or enjoying the outdoors. Swing set does have one swing and one toddler swing, as well as climbing wall. Please don't leave children unattended on swing set. Room for off street parking in the driveway. Garage will only accommodate a small vehicle. Street parking is available in the front and side of the house. The house is situated on a corner lot. Feel free to call or message with any questions or concerns during your stay. My husband and I live right around the corner and it's not inconvenient for us to stop by if the need arises. Quiet neighborhood with plenty of shopping nearby, as well as Jerry Ivey Park less than a mile away. Car is the best way to get around Salina. Although, there are plenty of bike lanes throughout town. Contactless Entry provided using the Nest Yale Lock System. An exclusive code will be sent to you the day of your arrival.
