Pleasant studio on the ground floor

I offer this large studio on the ground floor of my house with independent entrance, a kitchenette and a small bathroom/WC. You can stay there quietly and enjoy its comfort. 200 m from Percy Hospital, 800 m from Clamart train station, 1 km from Issy RER train station, some shops and restaurants also nearby. No smoking. The many nearby public transport options (3 bus lines, N line and RER C within walking distance) will allow you easy access to Paris and Versailles. The space New in April 2024: To take into account some feedback from guests, I replaced the refrigerator with a larger and colder one. The studio is about 35 m2 with a separate entrance. Access is via a small staircase of 4-5 steps. The kitchenette includes hot plates, a fridge, a sink, a microwave and a kettle. There is what you need in terms of cutlery, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, coffee (piston), etc. The studio is equipped with a TV screen with Chromecast only. Shared Wi-Fi. The bathroom includes a shower, sink and toilet. Linens and towels included. The ceiling is about 1m90-95, a little less at the shower which is raised a few centimeters, this can be an inconvenience for very tall guests! By default the bedding consists of a double bed, for reservations for 3 guests only, the sofa bed allows additional bedding (one place). Guest access You will have access to the entire studio, which will be fully reserved for you. Private entrance through the garden of the house. Other things to note Information to note (based on feedback): - No smoking - Ceiling 190-195 cm, a little less in the shower - 2 guests = double bed. If you need a 3rd bed, please book for 3 people. - Parking is possible on the street but for a fee, possibility to park at my place for an extra fee (ask me)
