The Tranquil haven, private parking

Nestled on the outskirts of Lj. The Tranquil Haven is more than just a stay—it’s an experience. Once my beloved family home, this retreat is a seamless blend of timeless heritage and modern comfort. Every corner tells a story, adorned with heirloom antiques, exquisite old paintings, and carefully curated décor that whispers of a bygone era. Step outside into the enchanting Collector’s Garden, a true botanical masterpiece with over 700 rare and unique plant species. A timeless escape! The space There are three bedrooms that sleep five people. One double bed, one twin and one single. Guest access You’ll have to climb 13 steps to the apartment. Other things to note Should you experience a trouble that is making your stay unpleasant and you believe could be handled with, rather than writing a bad review, consider telling me first and I promise to do my best to make it better as offering you a satisfactory stay is a priority to me and indeed what matters to me most! 1.The garbage bins are in the parking area SEPARATE AT ALL TIMES AND DO NOT THROW GARBAGE ELSEWHERE, ESPECIALLY NOT AT PRETNARJEVA UL. 2 BECAUSE IT CAUSES ME GREAT TROUBLE WITH THE NEIGHBOURS. 2. The tap water is potable. No need buying it! :) 3. Feel free to use the sitting area by the pond as much as you like! 4.Should you be washing clothes, please dry them on the balcony if the weather permits! 5.Please respect a non smoking rule in the apartment but feel free to do it outside! 6. In winter the apartment is heated between 21-21,5 degrees. 10. Guests who stay over for two weeks or more will have the apartment cleaned and bedding changed every week for which the charge of 35€ PER WEEK will apply, payable in cash only. 11. Please empty the bins upon leaving and do your dishes as they are not included in the cleaning.Thank you!
