Cozy and equipped with the most modern comforts, the house has a lovely inner courtyard where you can have breakfast and enjoy the coolness in summer. Under the ancient stone vaults typical of Salento`s building, L`Edicola Suite spreads out for long in a single and evocative environment. In the order there are: thedouble sofa bed, armchairs with TV and fireplace; thedoublebed and the armchair bed, the relaxation corner of theJacuzzi whirlpool bathwith water effects and lights. At the end of the open space, well disengaged, is the modern super-equippedkitchen. Completing the house is thefull bathroomwith ultra-modernspa showerwithTurkish bathfunction and chromotherapy effects. Where L`Edicola Suite is located in Pulsano L`Edicola Suite is a true alcove where you can spend relaxing days, under the banner of well-being and privacy. It is located inPulsano, a small town in the province of Taranto, less than 3 km away from the beautiful beaches of the Salento`s Ionian arch. The historic and fascinating city ofTarantocan be reached by car in about 20 minutes. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. - First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 15 per person. - Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 20 to pay upon arrival. - It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg. - It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro. - Please note that upon arrival the payment of the deposit of euro 300 is required by credit card, cash or instant transfer. This amount will be refunded within 7 days of check-out, subject to receipt of the damage.
