"Le Clos de la Reine", autumn in the Loire Valley

Welcome to the "Clos de Josnes", a charming country house with swimming pool divided into two independent apartments, fully equipped and tastefully renovated. It is located in Josnes, in the Loire Valley, just 10 minutes from the pretty medieval town of Beaugency. The estate is located 30 minutes by car from the famous castles of Blois, Chambord and Cheverny and 1 hour from the castles of Chenonceau and Amboise and the famous Beauval Zoo. The space The "Clos de la Reine" (2/4 people) welcomes you in a warm atmosphere carefully decorated in a chic country style. A small entrance hall with coat rack welcomes you to then discover your large living room composed of a living room open to the kitchen/dining room and small office area, giving direct access to your private terrace. The living room offers a cocooning atmosphere around a superb wood-burning stove, with wood available, where you can relax in front of a 138 cm LED TV (Netflix, Prime Video and Disney+ access) on your sofa (sofa bed 140 × 190 cm) or your armchair. The kitchen is fully equipped with: fridge, oven, microwave, coffee machine, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, 4-person raclette, waffle maker, dishwasher, washing machine. You will also have everything you need in cutlery, various utensils, tablecloths and placemats. Several tablecloths, placemats, tableware and decorations are at your disposal to set your tables according to your tastes and the various events (End of year celebrations). A dining area completes the room with a charming round wooden table with its industrial-style chairs and antique earthenware decor. You will have direct access to your private terrace area from your dining room. You will have a garden dining table and a lounge area. A barbecue will be at your disposal for your pleasant outdoor meals. Upstairs is the bedroom with a large double bed (160 x 200 cm, Bultex bedding), a wardrobe, a dresser and a charming little seating area. You will also have a bathroom with a walk-in shower under the slope and a toilet. Please note that this accommodation is not suitable for people who have difficulty climbing stairs (narrow and steep stairs). Guest access Outside, you will discover our common pool area, where you can bask on sun loungers, relax around garden furniture with parasols, or swing in hammocks and hanging chairs. For other moments of relaxation, a small chalet decorated in the bohemian spirit is at your disposal, offering a lounge/reading area and a board games corner, while a foosball table offers you moments of friendly competition. Other things to note In the village of Josnes, you will find a bakery, a tobacco shop, a grocery store and a country restaurant 200 m away. 10 minutes away, in Beaugency or Tavers you will find all shops: hypermarkets, pharmacy, etc. "Le Clos de Josnes" has a great location to also enjoy many other activities nearby, such as scenic walks, refreshing swims, cruises on the Loire, thrilling karting sessions, escape games and more.
