Charming B&B with two bedrooms, private parking and garden located in Franciacorta, at the foot of Monte Orfano. This ancient portion of the farmhouse offers a breathtaking view of the hill and allows you to walk to the Convent of the Friars Servants of Mary and the ancient Church of Santo Stefano. Il Salice is located in the heart of Rovato, a center full of monuments and ancient trattorias where you can taste the typical "manzo all'olio" (beef with olive oil). The strategic location allows you to easily explore the wonderful Franciacorta, Lake Iseo, Monteisola, Brescia and Bergamo, all a few kilometers away. The space The B&B offers two rooms, one double and one twin, which can be booked individually or together, as indicated in the respective listings. At the entrance of the property there is a porch that leads to the parking lot and the large garden, where the host's home is also located. From the porch, guests can access the breakfast/dining room, living room, and bedrooms. The rooms can have a single entrance, if you book both, or independent entrances, ensuring flexibility and privacy for guests. Guest access The spaces available, in addition to the rooms, are: the breakfast/dining room, the porch, and the garden. Parking is private in the building and the kitchen is available for booking both rooms or on request. During your stay The B&B Il Salice is run by Gabri and his children Lapo and Viola, who share sporting, cultural and photographic passions. Guests are free to manage their time as they wish, but Gabri, along with Lapo and Viola, is always available to answer your requests and questions. If you wish, they will be happy to accompany you in interesting chats and to discover photo sites of Franciacorta, enriching your experience with their knowledge and enthusiasm. Other things to note The B&B - il Salice is located in Rovato, in the province of Brescia, and is easily accessible thanks to a dense road network, two motorway entrances (A4 and A35), and the railway station. Rovato is located at the entrance to Franciacorta, a region renowned for its beautiful vineyards and numerous wineries that produce the typical local wine. A few kilometers away is Lake Iseo with the splendid Monteisola, the largest lake island in Europe, famous for Christo's "The Floating Piers". In addition, the cities of Brescia and Bergamo, designated capitals of culture in 2023, and Lake Garda are easily accessible. The entire area is framed to the north by the Alps and to the south by the Po Valley, offering breathtaking views and a variety of natural and cultural attractions.
