Each bedroom is complete with a luxury en-suite bathroom with heated flooring. You'll find plenty of fresh towels and essential toiletries to make your stay more comfortable. There's also a sofa bed in the living room (all bedding provided). The living room features a large, comfortable sofa accompanied by a flat-screen TV with an Xbox One games console and streaming services. The dining room features a large table that converts effortlessly into a pool table and ping pong table, offering guests a space for meals and post-dinner entertainment and competition. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator and coffee machine. A washing machine and dryer are also available for you to use inside the apartment. The location of the apartment is perfect for those wanting to experience the best Liverpool has to offer. The city centre is just a short stroll away, where you can enjoy plenty of bars, restaurants, museums and the iconic Albert dock. PARKING Parking is available for free for 1 car in our private carpark, in addition there is paid street parking right outside the property. CHECK-OUT Checkout is by 10am. The cleaner will arrive at this time to begin cleaning for the next guests. It is therefore vital that you stick to these pre-agreed times. Cancellation policy: Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in.
