Each of the 3 bedrooms include en suite bathrooms and enjoy natural light throughout the day and there is generous storage and closet space throughout the apartment, including en suite laundry and a powder room which is convenient for guests to your home. Smoking will result in an odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1000 as well as possible removal from the property. Pets are allowed at this home with the expressed and written consent of Rove Travel. If an unauthorized pet is on the Property, Occupant is in breach of their rental Agreement. Damage or cleaning attributable to pets shall be charged to Occupant as an Additional Charge, together with a one-time $75 charge per stay for reservations less than 14 nights and $150 for reservations of 14 nights or longer. All pets and animals must be fully vaccinated, non-aggressive, free of fleas and ticks, and fully house trained. Common area cleaning takes place weekly on Tuesdays. Personal belongings should not be stored in the basement area as it is an unsecured space. Rove is not liable for any items stored here that may go missing.
