Casa del Melograno is a self-catering guest house that belongs to a medieval stone hamlet named "Borgo di Pianciano" recently renovated and composed by other 3 guest houses. It is located in a secluded and peaceful valley with breath-taking views right in the middle of Umbria's best attractions. Every house has its own private garden and a terrace where it is possible to eat outdoors. Panoramic shared pool and steam bath. The space Casa del CMelograno (150 sqm) his located right in the center of the Borgo and can accomodate up to 6 people. It has a private garden and a terrace, ideal for dining “al fresco”. On the same floor there are a large kitchen-living room with a fireplace, a master bedroom and two rooms with two beds and two bathrooms. It is mainly decorated with antique furniture. (washing machine, iron, hair dryer, dish washer, barbecue, Nespresso). Guest access Guests will enjoy a shared (with 3 other guest houses) swimming pool 12x5 and a steam-bath in handmade "tadelakt". A vegetable garden produces vegetables for the table and flowers for the Pianciano's guest houses and you could pick some eggs from the hen-house. A game room with table tennis is available for younger guests. Other things to note We organize cookery lessons of traditional Umbrian cuisine and gourmet dinner with fresh seasonal local products on request.
