We are 25 mins from Kings Island and Wilmington Ohio. 5 min. from Vally Vinyards. Right in between Dayton and Cincinnati. Mins from canoeing and arts. 20 minutes from Roberts Arena. We will strive to make your trip enjoyable and comfortable! This is a two unit home. There is a downstairs unit as well that is completely separate. This is a two unit home. One unit is main floor and other unit is downstairs. Both are completely separate with separate entranceway. There are no shared spaces inside the home. Both units are rented separately. The downstairs unit is a queen bed studio. You will have access to the entire first floor. You will receive a code for the door on day of check in. There may be someone renting the lower unit during your stay. You may see me cutting grass or doing general maintenance as well. We are not on property, but right around the corner if you should need anything.
