Designed by a local architect, the house has easy care and open plan in mind. The house is light filled, spacious and peaceful, for a weekend escape it has everything you will need. Located in Dudley a quiet suburb in Lake Macquarie/Newcastle with the best beaches, bush walks and eateries. The space The Dudley House is a newly built architecturally designed home which features everything you will need for a summers weekend or a winter escape. Indoor/outdoor flow is maintained by big glass sliding doors and louver windows which surround the kitchen and living room so you can enjoy the ocean breeze on a hot day. The kitchen is simple but spacious and has all the necessities (induction cooktop/oven, coffee machine, microwave, blender, juicer…the list goes on). There is a large pantry stocked with all the basics. Fun A fireplace features in the living room, with some firewood to get you started. The house feature 2 bedrooms, laundry and a bathroom with a toilet, shower and freestanding bath. The outdoor space features a flat grassed area and deck area with a large outdoor dining table and 2 sun loungers. There is also an outdoor shower with both hot and cold water. There is also a small front deck which looks over the front native garden, a great spot to enjoy your morning coffee in the sun. Guest access Guests can access the entire house as if it’s their own. The only limitations is one bedroom at the Front of the house and the garage are locked as we use these rooms for personal storage. The garage is detached from the house and we may access the garage during your stay however the garage is outside of the fence and it will not impact your stay.
