Cabin in Blue Ridge

High Hills Lodge is a charming family friendly mountain cabin with 100% paved roads and beautiful views of the Blue Ridge Mountains in North GA. This cabin is conveniently located 10-20 minutes to all the exciting amenities of Blue Ridge, Georgia (Mercier Orchards, grocery stores, charming Downtown BR restaurants and shopping, Blue Ridge Lake & Marina, Serenity Spa, Toccoa River, Aska Trails, etc) and will accommodate as many as 8 guests. The space This 4 bedroom cabin rental is perfect for families and groups of friends! Getting to the cabin is easy with GPS and fully paved roads/ driveway! Whether you're hanging out on the wrap-around porch and grilling or relaxing in the hot tub, cozying up next to the indoor/outdoor fireplaces, or enjoying the spacious floor plan, the beautiful mountain views offer the perfect backdrop to your relaxing mountain getaway. The main floor features an open living room with a gas burning fireplace and a Streaming TV, making meal times and movie nights extra cozy (Please note inside gas burning fireplaces are only operable October-March as they heat the entire cabin. The outdoor gas fireplace is operable year round). The dining area seats 8. The kitchen is fully equipped with BBQ tools, Casserole dishes, Kettle, Waffle Iron, Toaster, Blender, hand mixer, Keurig, Mr. Coffee 12 cup brew pot and coffee filters, mixing and measuring utensils, can opener, bottle opener, wine opener, meat thermometer, scoop, grater, silverware, pots and pans, skillet, mixing bowls, crockpot, pizza cutter, knife set, spices/herbs, Tupperware, strainer, dishes, cutting boards, baking sheets, muffin pan, pitcher, and an ice maker. There is a gas grill on the deck that is attached to the main gas line of the cabin, so you will not need to bring propane. The main floor bedroom features a King bed with a Streaming TV and deck access. If needed, the closet in this bedroom has a Pack n Play, 2 baby stair gates, a vacuum, and a box fan. The main level bathroom has a walk in shower and a jacuzzi tub. The main floor covered deck features a beautiful stone gas fireplace, a cozy swinging bed, outdoor seating, and an outdoor dining table that seats 5 guests. The Loft features an area for Shuffleboard and reading, as well as a bathroom with a tub shower. The bedroom on this level has a King bed with a Streaming TV, a desk, and a private screened in porch with a lovely mountain view. The lower level features a second living room with a gas fireplace, Streaming TV, bumper pool table, and games (Monopoly, Cranium, Puzzles, Apples to Apples, Sorry, Dominoes, What do you meme, Buzzword, Maginiff, Crack the case, Scattergories, Yahtzee, Cards, Uno, Scrabble slam, Phase 10, and Jenga). The bathroom on this floor also has a tub shower. There are 2 bedrooms. The first has a King bed with Streaming TV and porch access. The second has a Queen bed. The lower level porch has cozy outdoor seating, corn hole boards, and a hot tub that fits up to 6 guests at a time. This cabin has family friendly amenities that include a pack n play, stair gates, kids games, hair dryers, and an iron/ironing board. This cabin and the hot tub are professionally cleaned and disinfected in between every guest stay. No pets are allowed at this cabin and there is no smoking of any kind allowed inside or on the decks of the cabin. License #: 2209 Guest access This cabin can be reached with 2WD and Motorcycles. The roads and driveway are 100% paved. There are a couple steep turns that make taking a trailer/RV to the cabin not realistic, however since it's paved this shouldn't prevent anyone without a trailer/rv from being able to reach the cabin! The driveway is a loop that can fit up to 4 cars. Other things to note Minimum age to rent this cabin is 25. All guests that book this cabin will be required to sign a rental agreement pdf and provide proof of ID.
