The TreeHouse - Entire Condo

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located condo in uptown Pagosa. Easy access to a grocery store, restaurants, shopping, private lakes, golf course, ski resort, and National Forest. The condo is amazing at inspiring, no matter the season. Aspen trees, mountains, and lake views out of each window. A beautiful gas fireplace adds to the mountain chalet ambiance during the winter months. You enjoy fantastic decks and the deepest hot springs in the world! The space With tall ceilings and an open floor plan, it really feels like a deluxe treehouse when you come in! As you enter the home, you will see a small workspace with great internet and a full bathroom. A quaint and fully functional kitchen, including a dishwasher, comes next, along with the cozy living and dining space overlooking a lake and the San Juan Mountains. All the plants inside and trees outside, along with the bamboo flooring, will make you want to climb higher into the treehouse! Upstairs, you will find a walk-in closet, half bathroom, and a bedroom with a queen-size bed and AC unit for the few hot days we have here. The views from the top level are even better! A few toys/books for young children and a pack-n-play are available to set up in the master bedroom. Other baby gear may be provided; just ask if we have it! Guest access You will have the entire condo to yourself which includes 1 bedroom (1 queen bed), 1.5 bathrooms. There are twelve other condos in this building. You can park two vehicles in the parking lot. Trailers, RVs, etc are not permitted to be parked on the premises at any time. A door code is provided to access the unit. Other things to note Walking distance to the grocery store, restaurants, lakes, playgrounds, and golf course. The property has special access to 5 fishing lakes and a recreation center for an additional fee. There are endless hiking, biking, snowmobiling, ATV trails, and disc golf courses nearby. The deepest hot springs in the entire world are just 10min away in downtown Pagosa. Many community events and festivals year-round to attend. Wolf Creek Ski Resort gets the most snow in Colorado and is less than 30 miles away. Don't forget to look outside in the mornings; chances are you will see hot air balloons year-round!
