Nestled amongst shady trees & high fences privacy is paramount. Enjoy the stunning vista looking upon Arthurs seat over neighbouring rooflines. Natural light floods through the entire property. Enjoy afternoons after a long day at the beach, in the covered alfresco area watching the kids/pets play under their choice of shaded tree in the court yard style back yard. The open plan living area, dining and farm style kitchen form the heart of the home. Our property is designed to be truly modular and can be configured in a number of different ways to suit up to 8 guests! Noting we are not an "entertainer" rather a shared family stay :) Featuring: The third bedroom (only available to bookings of 5 or more unless otherwise arranged) is located in the bungalow which can also be used as an art studio or dedicated office space featuring french doors to private patio, desk, queen bed, electric wall heater. Main bedroom with queen bed, built in robe, french doors to back deck & private ensuite with toilet and shower. Dedicated twin (single bunk) room also with french doors to back deck,built-in robes and two way ensuite access to main bathroom equipped with shower over bath and toilet. 2nd living space can be closed off & converted to bedroom with double sofa, two way bathroom access, french doors to front porch, privacy curtains, ceiling fan & SMART TV. Main living area equipped with Split system heating/cooling, Gas log fire, ceiling fan, digital TV & french doors to front porch. This area has the charming large round window. Here we have another queen Sofa available for bookings beyond 8 people.
