Have a rest in The WoodHouse, our romantic, A-frame cottage at the edge of the forest provides wonderful relaxation. Just you and nature! :) Peace and quiet, no immediate neighbors. We have everything you need to relax! Cool off in the heat in our hot tub or enjoy the soothing effect of the heated water in cool weather. Our hot tub filled with Parajdi salt provides real physical and mental refreshment! Salt containing 84 types of minerals is extremely beneficial, has a health-preserving effect. The space Our guest house is located in Nagymaros, one of the most beautiful settlements on the Danube Bend. It was not named The WoodHouse by chance. Our forest house is covered with wood both inside and outside. If you look out of any window, you will see trees everywhere. The shrubby, wooded area begins in the immediate vicinity of the house, passing by which you will find yourself in the forest in a 5-minute walk! Take a long hike in the fresh, forest air. Visit nearby lakes, springs, and viewpoints. The nearly 1,000 square meter garden of our guest house is made really cozy by a multitude of diverse plants and chirping birds. You can enjoy the sun lying on a blanket on a grassy hillside. Birch trees provide shade for reading. Guest access – two separate bedrooms for 2 people each – possibility of grilling and frying bacon (FREE firewood) - covered terrace – 104-channel 4K UHD smart TV, WIFI – adjustable heating panel/air conditioning per room - two towels and bed linen per person - well-equipped kitchen, UNLIMITED tea and coffee facilities – board games, cards – hair dryer, clothes dryer - parking for two cars is provided in our closed courtyard - farmer's breakfast basket available on request. Other things to note Many physiological effects of salt bathing are known, for example it helps to cure asthma, respiratory diseases, tracheitis, gynecological problems, inflammations, bone diseases, muscle contusions, muscle atrophy, muscle spasms. It has a detoxifying and slag-removing effect. Our hot tub is insulated, so depending on the outside temperature, and if you cover the hot tub between uses, you can enjoy pleasant warm water for a long time by heating it up. From June 1st to September 30th, it can be used unlimitedly and FREE OF CHARGE. From October 1st to may 31th, the use of the hot tub can be optionally selected, the DAILY FEE of HUF 10,000 (paid in cash when you arrive). It is the responsibility of the guest to heat up the kettle, for which we of course provide all the tools. Local tourist tax HUF 800/day, which should be paid in CASH WHEN YOU ARRIVE.
