Le Cottage du Moulin – Cozy stay on the banks of the Eure

Welcome to the Cottage du Moulin, a cozy and authentic accommodation by the Eure, in the quiet of the hamlet of Andrevilliers. Enjoy a living room with exposed beams, a charming attic bedroom, a modern bathroom, a wood-burning stove ready to light (wood provided), and a large private garden. The space Welcome to this bright house on two levels. On the ground floor, a large living room features a cozy lounge area with a sofa bed (real mattress), TV and a wood-burning stove, as well as a dining area with an extendable table and 4 chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped (ceramic cooktop, microwave, washing machine, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, fridge-freezer, etc.). The bathroom has a shower, a vanity unit and a toilet, with towels and a hair dryer provided. Upstairs, a spacious bedroom with a double bed and storage. A gentle and comfortable atmosphere for a pleasant stay. Guest access The adjoining garden is entirely private and freely accessible throughout your stay. On sunny days, a table, chairs, loungers and a barbecue are at your disposal so you can fully enjoy the calm and the outdoors. Other things to note We welcome you to a clean space. When you leave, we look to you to leave it as you found it. If not, you will be asked for an extra €15. We kindly ask you to remove your shoes at the entrance to the property. Let's think about our planet, let's not let the water run for nothing and let's lower the heating when leaving the accommodation :-). Do not throw any objects in the toilet, except toilet paper.
