La maison du Moulin – Along the Eure, peaceful and rejuvenating setting. Stove fire ready upon arrival: logs, kindling, firelighter and paper offered. Large private shaded garden, total quiet, parking included. Renovated house in the hamlet of Andrevilliers, on the banks of the Eure. Private garden with parking – village 3 min, supermarket 5 min. Direct pedestrian access to the pond and nautical center. The space Bright house on two levels. On the ground floor, a large living room accommodates a lounge area with a comfortable sofa bed (with a real mattress), TV and a dining area with a dining table equipped with 2 extensions and 4 comfortable chairs. On the same level is the fully equipped kitchen, (all the utensils and dishes for cooking, ceramic hob, range hood, microwave, kettle, washing machine, DOLCE GUSTO coffee maker (we provide you with some capsules), refrigerator with built-in freezer but also dishwashing liquid, tea towels and a sponge). The bathroom consists of a vanity unit, shower and toilet. A hairdryer, towels, shower mat will be at your disposal. Upstairs, a large bedroom area with a double bed and a storage dresser. Guest access The adjoining garden is private to the accommodation and therefore fully accessible. A table and chairs are available on sunny days, as well as sun loungers, to enjoy the calm of the place. Other things to note We welcome you to a clean space. When you leave, we look to you to leave it as you found it. If not, you will be asked for an extra €15. We kindly ask you to remove your shoes at the entrance to the property. Let's think about our planet, let's not let the water run for nothing and let's lower the heating when leaving the accommodation :-). Do not throw any objects in the toilet, except toilet paper.
