Welcome to your tranquil escape in Port Melbourne with ELM Stays! Our stylish townhouse offers modern comfort in a prime location. The space Who we are: ELM Stays - Holiday accommodations management by ELM Group - a health, fitness and lifestyle management group. About the space: ELM townhouses are usually three bedroom homes. The household will consist of one or two House Managers and/or a long term guest. We welcome Airbnb guests for short term or long term stay in our Private Ensuite. While we provide a home away from home experience, we added a little touch of luxurious services at an extra cost, if you’d like to indulge! Breakfast, regular cleaning & airport pick up/drop off for extra fees, book in advance prior to your arrival! Your Ensuite: - Entering through the garage, your bedroom is on the Ground Floor. - Your own Private Bathroom! With linen and towels provided. - Your own TV! Stream your favourite shows by using Google Chromecast. - Mini Bar Fridge! Tea, coffee, milk and bottled water are complimentary. Other drinks & snacks are charged at $3.00 each. - Coffee machine & microwave! Use it mindfully and please clean it as you go. About the common space: - You will be sharing the living room and kitchen with the household. Please be mindful when using these areas and makes sure to clean up after yourself. If you have an issue please contact us directly on the Airbnb messages so we can find solutions. - Living room: 60-65” TV, and large couch to enjoy, along with game consoles (PS4 & switch). - Kitchen: fully equipped kitchen free for you to use, feel free to store your groceries in the designated storage area - Please leave all common areas clean and tidy. Home away from home feels with luxury services (extra cost) - - Airport pick up & drop offs. - Room service menu. - Health & fitness facility. - Laundry services. Extra x2: - Sports massage spa at our local spa. - Private chef fine dining set-up package. - Picnic/hens or bucks nights event planning. The gym: The private gym studio is just around the corner located in Boundary Home, just a 1 min walk away. Let us know if you’d like to book a session or use your free Bring-a-Mate session! We are non-judgemental home owners community. 1. There may be sometimes dogs or a cat in some of our properties either living or visiting. Please let us know in advance if you are not ok with animals. You are also allowed to bring your pets for an extra cleaning fee. 2. Smoking (cigarettes or prescribed herbal medicines) is allowed only outside on the balcony, front yard, backyard or rooftop. NO Smoking in the bedroom or living room. Vape is allowed inside, not cigarettes. We DO NOT supply any substances or nicotine/smoking products/devices. 3. No parties allowed, however private dinners with family/friends are encouraged! Let us know if you’d like us to plan a picnic or fancy dinner for you! 4. We encourage you to get and or stay healthy during your trip! One free day pass or Personal Training session to/in our Private Gym Studio is complimentary for you and one friend! Let us know in advance if you’d like to take on the opportunity and book with us! Guest access Lounge Room, Kitchen, Gym, Laundry During your stay Myself (Sophia) and my co-host (Coach Versace) will be your point of contact during your stay. Message or call us anytime. Other things to note Quiet Time: 11pm-7am — This is not a party house. Please respect the space. You will be sharing the house with a household who leads a pretty busy & reserved lifestyle, though they enjoy sharing a meal, chats or a movie night to socialise here and there. About the gym: ELM Studio is a private personal training gym studio. We offer one free session/pass for three nights stay and two free sessions for a minimum of four nights stay. For longer stays, we can arrange a discounted casual pass. The gym isn’t free to use at any time as it will have clients on some days. If you are interested in using the gym during your stay, we will schedule in your training times and Coach Versace will first need to do an induction for safety before you’re able to use the gym, preventing any injuries.
