Walks to nearby Cape Cope at sunset are a magical and relaxing experience, and one of the area’s greatest attractions is diving in nearby spots such as La Cueva de la Virgen, Los Meros, Caribeñas and the sunken ships in the area, always accompanied by the professionals of the La Almadraba Diving Club. The area is peaceful and tranquil while also offering all services and leisure facilities, including bars, restaurants, beach bars, a supermarket, pharmacy and Primary Care Center. Águilas, in the southeast of the Region of Murcia, combines unique climate, landscape and history, with one of the most beautiful urban bays on the Mediterranean coast, an exceptional microclimate with an average temperature of 23º, and a unique coastal environment framed by a warm sea and an almost always blue horizon.
