Ice hockey fans can walk to the Fischtown Pinguins venue in less than 10 minutes. The same applies to the Stadthalle, venue of many concerts. The space Dear prospective guests, On about 70 square meters you will find a small "home away from home", which consists of a spacious living room overlooking the countryside and a large balcony. Here you can let the impressions of a long day sink in and relax. The dining table invites you to eat, play, entertain and the couch for a cozy TV evening. You will find a restful sleep in your bright and friendly bedroom including Velux blackout roller blind. You can prepare your morning coffee in the fully equipped kitchen incl. dishwasher and microwave. In the bathroom opposite the kitchen, you can freshen up in the large walk-in shower and are ready for a new day in our beautiful lake town of Bremerhaven. Guest access You have your own apartment at your disposal, which you enter through your own, separate entrance. Other things to note The apartment is in the immediate vicinity of various bike paths, where you can explore the surrounding area, including the coast and dyke. Bring your bike or rent a bike from one of the many bike shops in Bremerhaven. Within walking distance are the Stadthalle with a variety of concerts and the Eishalle - venue of the Fischtown Pinguins. In bad weather, you can visit the impressive climate house or the emigrant house, followed by a restaurant visit at the new harbor and a nightcap at the New York bar. Important: No short-term rental possible. Especially not for touristic use.
