California Poolside Paradise is a luxury resort style home with a solar heated pool (May - October) and a hot tub! Close to golf courses, concert venues, casinos, shopping, restaurants, wineries and more! Approximately 30 minutes from Sacramento and day trip distance to Tahoe/Reno, Napa/Sonoma & San Francisco. Both Folsom Lake & Camp Far West Lake are close by and offer beaches, boating, hiking and other activities. This home is the perfect location for exploring all that NorCal has to offer! The space We provide the following complimentary amenities to enhance your stay: *shower essentials: shampoo, conditioner, bodywash are located in all of the showers *starter pack of paper towels & toilet paper *FREE wifi Sleeping Accomodations: Bedroom 1 (2nd floor, main bedroom) King bed and twin futon - sleeps 2-3 A pack & play is also available. Private attached en suite bathroom with large bathtub, walk in shower, double sinks, iron and ironing board. A clothing rack and hangers are also provided. There is also a TV in this bedroom. Bedroom 2 (2nd floor) twin bunk bed - sleeps 2 This room is ocean/beach themed, hallway full bathroom Bedroom 3 (2nd floor) 2 twin beds - sleeps 2 This room is floral themed and shares a "jack and jill" full bathroom with bedroom 4 Bedroom 4 (2nd floor) full bunk bed and 1 twin bed - sleeps 3 This room is galaxy themed, has a desk area and shares a "jack and jill" full bathroom with bedroom 3 Bedroom 5 (1st floor) queen bed - sleeps 2 Has a desk area and hallway full bathroom Kitchen: The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking equipment, dishes, silverware, microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher and coffee machine. Dining Room 1: In kitchen - seats 6-8 Dining Room 2 : Separate Room - seats 8 Living Room 1: Features a large sectional sofa, TV and coffee table. There is also a cabinet with assorted board games and puzzles to enjoy. Living Room 2: Has a sofa and coffee table - sofa pulls out into a Queen bed if needed Living Room 3 (upstairs loft) features a sofa, TV & game console. This room also has 3 desks as well as some toys and books. Backyard: This property features a large back yard complete with a solar heated pool (May-September) and hot tub! There is also a fire pit, and BBQ. Traveling with kids? There are tons of activities in the area include Sunsplash Water Park, Quarry Park Adventures, John's Incredible Pizza, Chuck E Cheese, Top Golf, Bowling, Mini Golf, Studio Movie Grill and more! Guest access Guests will have access to all areas of the property except: Main bedroom closet (dressers + a clothing rack and hangers are provided), garage, backyard shed, hall closet & bedroom 4 closet. (dresser is provided) These areas will all be locked off from guest access as we use them to store supplies. Laundry room access is available by request for stays of 7 days or more. Other things to note House Rules: No smoking or vaping on property No unregistered guests No illegal substances or items No pets are allowed (except service animals) No parties or events No loud music in the backyard Do not move or rearrange the furniture (inside or out) No glass outside Guests must be respectful of the neighbors and local noise ordinance by respecting the quiet hours of 10pm-8am and outside of quiet hours, limiting excessive noise when in the outdoor spaces Parking is only available in the driveway and directly in front of the house. (3-5 cars) Do not park in front of neighbors homes or blocking their driveways Please follow the check out instructions provided before leaving the property No unregistered or undeclared guests will be allowed on the premises at anytime. All guests must be registered on the reservation. (whether they spend the night or not) Guests who attempt to check in with or after check-in bring undisclosed guests risk immediately being removed from the property and will not receive nor be entitled to a refund of any kind. Any violations of the above rules will be subject to a $500 fine for each occurence A $1000 refundable deposit may be required and will be collected after booking.
