Your own fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, multiple desks to work at, and a shared backyard area with a hot tub! NOTE- You get the basement unit of the house. The rest of the house is rented as well and is independent of you The space This is a private/non-shared basement apartment. You have your own entrance in the front of the house that goes down into the unit. The other portion of the house is rented separately from you. You share the backyard space and hot tub with them. The other unit has access to the entire driveway. Your unit is street parking ONLY. You may see other guests from the other unit coming and going occasionally to use the trash cans, driveway, or the backyard space. 》Bedroom 1: Queen Bed | Closet | Desk | Smart TV 》Bedroom 2: Queen Bed | Closet | Desk | Smart TV 》Bathroom (Full): Shower and Tub 》Living Room: Pull-Out Full Queen Sofa Bed | Smart TV 》Kitchen: Fully equipped | Stainless appliances 》Washer & Dryer / Laundry Room Backyard & Hot Tub (shared with the main upper unit): 》Please unbuckle all 4 clips before opening the cover 》Rinse off any dirt, oils, lotions, or sunscreen before entering 》The hot tub is professionally serviced weekly 》Please respect quiet hours after 10 PM while using the hot tub or outdoor areas 》Additional cleaning fees may apply if the tub is left excessively dirty Grill: A grill is available for your use. Propane is not stocked — it can be purchased at nearby gas stations or stores. Please clean the grill after use for the next guest. Trash: Pickup day is Wednesday. Guests are welcome to use the green garbage cans located on the property. Make this your unit and launching pad for all great things Utah! Guest access FREE STREET PARKING ONLY. The driveway and garage are not for your use. Please note there is a fire hydrant directly in front of the house — do not park there. The backyard and hot tub space is shared with the other rented portion of the house. You have your very own separate basement unit with its own entrance. Please be aware that we do have quiet hours between the hours of 10 PM and 8 AM because the other portion of the house is rented out since it is it's own separate unit. Guests and you will need to be respectful of one another. Although this house is remodeled and insulated, you may from time to time hear some noises travel through the floors and walls (similar to a hotel). You host is here to help with any noise issues from the other unit you may encounter. We do not allow parties and we do not allow any additional guests who are not part of your actual reservation. Other things to note Utah is a high desert climate and as such there are house ants, occasional harmless spiders, or Box Elder bugs that are usually seen more during seasonal changes such as going from winter to spring or vice versa. As responsible hosts, we have agreed to a pest control contract with Uintah Pest Control to service all our properties. Sightings are rare but are possible. An occasional sighting is not considered a reflection of the cleanliness of the property.
