This unique property boosts three incredible beach cabins, ideal a few couple's, groups of friends or families. The open floor plan design of the cabins and property allows guest to immerse themselves in the beach vibe with its incredible views of the ocean. Each cabin is fully equip and private while the property also has a communal gazebo/bbq area and dining table to hang out together. The beautiful Pacific Ocean is on your doorstep offering great surfing, fishing and sight seeing. The fantastic location provides access to local hot springs, horse backing riding, fishing, boat trips, kayaking and of course some of the most incredible surf in Central America. The beach also hosts a wide range of amazing restaurants offering delicious local and foreign cuisine choices. Additionally to this there are also 2 small grocery store and fruit and vegetable trucks that goes by every day. The property is located beachside in the small town of Playa Guasacate. Which is approximately 2.5 hours from the Capital city of Managua by car. Airport pick up and drop off can be arranged for $80USD each way. Alternatively you can get to the beach using a combination of bus and taxi. Buses that leave Managua take you to Rivas then another bus will take you down to Las Salinas (a small town near Guasacate beach). Although cheaper ($20-30USD) this option is generally a lot less comfortable and can take up to 5 hours. Emilio the local property caretaker arranges around the clock security and is also the local fisherman. Emilio is never more than 5minutes away to service all the guests needs. Emilio runs fishing tours for up to 4 people for a price of $100 for 3-4 hours. Please just request his number upon arrival.
