Enjoy a bright, cozy, and clean bachelor guest suite away from the hustle and bustle of the downtown core. This unit is located in the up and coming "Little India" pocket, within trendy Leslieville. Live like a local in this modern, fully furnished lower-level suite located in a quiet residential area. Steps away from TTC transit and Bike Share rentals. A 20 minute drive to downtown and short walk to the Beaches, Danforth, and History concert venue - explore all that Leslieville has to offer! The space This is a modern, bright, open-concept bachelor basement suite with a comfy queen bed, cozy living area, and fully equipped kitchen. The entrance to the suite is located at the front of the house, off of the front porch. The front porch is a shared space. Please note, we live upstairs so there may be some noise transfer between the upper and lower units, please be mindful of this before booking. Guest access Guests will have private access to the entire suite and shared front porch. The unit is accessed by a key in a lockbox. Other things to note There are 6.5 ft ceilings throughout most of the space, however, there are some parts that are 6 ft only and taller guests should consider this before booking. There are 8 steps down to access the space so unfortunately, this is not an accessible unit. The space may get humid in the summer so there is a dehumidifier provided for your comfort. There is no parking. An on-street parking permit is available for $20 per day, $30 per weekend, or $40 per week. Permits can be purchased online through the City of Toronto website. Please be mindful of posted street parking signs when choosing a parking spot. For remote workers there is a co-working space (Riverdale Hub) at the end of the street that can be rented as needed.
