Private dock includes floaties + rowboat for bay and island adventures. Indoors, 2 inviting fireplaces offer year-round charm. Downstairs, a finished basement with bar sets the scene for fun-filled game nights. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the deck is ideal for summer BBQs. Unwind by a bonfire beneath the stars! Water depth is approx 4 feet (perfect for floating or a refreshing dip!). There is also a swim raft 100 meters from the dock where the water is deeper. -Fish directly off the dock (Sunfish/Perch/Bass) -Aluminum row boat with paddles -Pelican Kayak (1 seat + paddle) -Paddleboard -Inflatable kayak (2 seats + paddles) -Floatie tubes and noodles -Relaxing chairs and large sun umbrella by the dock -Our bay is a popular fishing destination (large/small mouth bass, lake trout, perch) -Public boat launch 5 minute boat ride/drive away -TONS of ATV trails within a 10 minute drive -There are 2 conservation areas within a 15 minute drive (McGeachie Conservation Area) and 40 minute drive (The Gut Conservation Area) -Public beach 20 minutes away for young families (Wollaston Lake Beach) Basement: -Bar (dry bar) -Dart Board -42" flat screen TV (with Netflix and Crave provided) -BluRay/DVD player Guest access -Guests are able to access the full property including the boat house -Guests do not have access to the laundry/equipment room in the basement Other things to note Please bring your own bath/beach towels (we're on a septic system. Water conscious!). We provide fresh bed sheets/blankets/pillows with pillow cases hand towels etc outside of bath/beach towels. An additional fee applies for more than 6 guests. The depth of the lake directly off the dock is about 4ft and best for a float or shallow cool off. For deeper swimming, there is a swim raft about 100 metres off the dock for everyone in our bay to use. We recommend taking the paddleboard, kayak, or row boat over to have a better swim experience! If you’re looking for a beach to wade in, there is a small public beach on the neighbouring lake (Steenburg Lake).
