Other things to note Important to note this property is shared with another listing and the host lives on site. The studio is a converted garage space of a separate Airbnb listing, called The Little Farmhouse. Both listings have private, separate entries and outdoor spaces. The driveway is split into two parking spaces, one designated spot for each listing. The host lives in a separate, private, fenced location at the back of the property. Quiet times are set at 10PM for weekends and 9PM for weeknights, on both listings.
