Clay house with sauna

Our beautiful and homely cottage was built in 1872 and has been lovingly renovated in recent years. You can expect your own house with sauna in the middle of a quiet small town with historic core. The space On the ground floor of the 85 sqm townhouse there is the living and dining area, the small kitchen and bathroom. The spacious living room has a sleeping sofa that can accommodate two people, a 65 "TV with smart TV and a dining area. There, the natural materials installed in the house, such as the real wood floorboards and the clay walls, come into their own and create a cozy atmosphere. The kitchen includes a fridge. Freezer, oven with induction hotplates, and dishwashing area. The existing selection of kitchen utensils makes it possible to prepare different foods. The bathroom is equipped with a ground floor rain shower, toilet, washbasin and washing machine. The attic is walkable up through an open staircase. There is the bedroom with a comfy double bed (200x180cm), a wardrobe and a desk. The light-filled room can be kept cool with the help of heat protection awnings. Blackout blinds favor a long sleep on vacation until the rooster crows late morning. In the garden, a covered terrace offers the opportunity to sit outside and grill. Via the lawn, you can access the wooden heated igloo sauna, which invites you to relax. On cloudless nights, it's a good idea to look at the garden loungers and watch the stars. If you are interested in exploring the area, the in-house bicycles can also be used at no extra charge. Possible destinations here would be, among other things, the nearest swimming lakes or the Hanseatic city of Stendal, on the Elbe bike path you can reach the Arneburg viewing platform. Other things to note The following stations are within walking distance in the area: Craft bakery (100 m), beverage market (200 m), supermarket (600 m), old town/downtown (400 m) and the harbor (700 m). Free parking is usually available on the street.
