Clay house with sauna

Our beautiful and cozy vacation home was built in 1872 and lovingly renovated in recent years. Your own house with sauna awaits you in the middle of a tranquil small town with a historic center. The space On the ground floor of the 85 sqm terraced house are the living and dining area, the small kitchen and the bathroom. The spacious living room has a sofa bed that sleeps two, a 65-inch smart TV and a dining area. There, the natural materials installed in the house, such as the real wood plank floors and the clay walls, come into their own and ensure a cozy atmosphere. The kitchen includes a fridge incl. freezer compartment, an oven with induction hotplates and a dishwashing area. The available selection of kitchen utensils allows the preparation of various dishes. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in rain shower, toilet, vanity and washing machine. The attic is accessible by an open staircase. There is the bedroom with a comfortable double bed (200 x 180 cm), a wardrobe and a desk. The light-flooded room can be kept cool with the help of heat protection awnings. Blackout blinds favor a long sleep on vacation until the rooster crows in the late morning. In the garden, a covered terrace offers the opportunity to sit outside and grill. The lawn leads to the wood-heated igloo sauna, which invites you to relax. On cloudless nights, it is recommended to look at the sky on the garden loungers and look at the stars. If you are interested in exploring the surrounding area, the in-house bicycles can also be used at no extra charge. Possible destinations include the nearest bathing lakes or the Hanseatic city of Stendal. On the Elbe cycle path you can reach the Arneburg viewing platform downstream. Other things to note The following stations are within walking distance in the surrounding area: Artisanal bakery (100 m), beverage market (200 m), supermarket (600 m), old town/downtown (400 m) and the harbor (700 m). Free street parking is usually available.
