The space Florences Home is a 45 sqm one-bedroom unit located on the 11th floor of The Residences at Commonwealth by Century. Within walking distance is the Ever Gotesco mall, grocery, banks, and a short drive to nearby restaurants and landmarks. Equipped with a queen size bed and a four-seater sofa. The bedroom is air-conditioned with two tower fans and an air purifier for your convenience. Please note that air conditioning is only in the bedroom. When used properly, it will provide a pleasantly cool temperature to the entire place. On-site or nearby paid parking depends on availability. You will have access to the entire condo and its amenities during your stay For your convenience, we offer self-check-in. We will provide the entry codes upon arrival. To ensure the safety and well-being of both guests and the property itself, a CCTV camera is installed to monitor the entryway only. There are no surveillance cameras inside the unit. TAMPERING OR UNPLUGGING the security camera will forfeit your deposit. For the mutual safety of tenants and guests, all guests and visitors must send a valid government lD with a photo for local residents and passport for foreigners via email before arrival. The Property Management requires these for verification and authorization for staying in the unit and for the use of amenities. This amount will be held by the host or property owner during your stay and will be returned to you within 6 hrs after check-out, provided there are no damages or outstanding penalties or charges. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited. We would like to maintain a SMOKE-FREE AND PET-FREE environment for the comfort and well-being of all guests. This policy applies to all areas of the property including the balcony. A penalty of P2000 will be imposed for non-compliance of this rule. Light cooking only. No samgyup party or cooking food that has a strong unpleasant smell. No unregistered guests are allowed. This room is for maximum of 3 guests only. Additional P500 per night will be charged for the extra guest (not declared from booking) . You can accept invitees to visit until 7pm at no additional cost but parties or drinking is not allowed and up to maximum of 2 persons only. Please respect quiet hours after 10 PM. We will charge P250 per hour for early check in or late checkout. Please report any damages and/or breakages to the host immediately. Lost key will be charged P1000. Any suspicious activity reported to host may cause eviction without refund.
