Welcome to our home! A recently renovated one bedroom flat inside a 1970s modernist estate in Tottenham. Seven Sisters station is a 4 minute walk away, with excellent transport links to Dalston (30 minutes), Oxford Circus (30 minutes), and Hackney (15 minutes). The flat is located on a tranquil close just off the vibrant West Green Road, which is packed with excellent shops and supermarkets. This is our home so everything is guest-ready and we are excited to welcome people. The space Our newly renovated flat is incredibly spacious and filled with light. I have an architecture degree and took great care designing the space along with my partner. Currently, I am a pastry chef, so the kitchen is incredibly easy to use and well stocked with dry goods, equipment and appliances. You are free to listen to any records and read our books as long as they are treated with respect. There is a communal garden downstairs and a balcony with seating. The wi-fi is extremely fast and there is also a printer, which guests are welcome to use. We just ask that you tidy up after yourself and take your shoes off when inside if possible. Guest access You will be able to access all parts of the flat. Other things to note - Standard check-in time is 4pm onwards and check-out time is flexible. - Please note that a minimum of £20 will be charged for lost or damaged keys. - The full address will be provided prior to your check-in, together with the access details. - Freshly laundered towels, basic toiletries and a first aid kit are provided. - Some of our neighbours have young families so please be respectful.
