The beach and hiking paths are a short walk from the apartment. This is my personal home, not a standard holiday rental: a carefully curated space to slow down, wake up with Mediterranean light, have coffee on the balcony and take in the sea and mountain views around you. The space The apartment is bright, peaceful, and thoughtfully arranged for comfort and rest. It has a warm, cozy feel, a fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, and a balcony with beautiful views over the sea. 🏡 This is a lived-in home, shared with care. Guests often comment on the calm atmosphere and the care taken in the space. The apartment is fully equipped for a comfortable stay, including a well-equipped kitchen and essentials for longer stays. It is well suited for couples or small families looking for a relaxed and easy stay by the sea. The beach and coastal paths are within walking distance (mountain hike just behind the house, Camino de Ronda and closest beach around 10 minutes). Easy parking on the street. 🌿 The experience Wake up with natural light, have your coffee on the balcony overlooking the sea, and take a short walk down to the beach or nearby coves. In the evening, enjoy an apéritif on the terrace as the light softens, then head down to the port for a stroll, dinner, or an ice cream by the water. This is a place to slow down and enjoy being outside and part of the summer rhythm: swimming, reading, hiking, snorkeling, paddle boarding… The area provides an array of activities from your doorstep. The apartment is co-hosted with Alejandra, who has many years of experience hosting in the area and is known for her thoughtful, attentive care — something guests often mention in their stays, so you’ll be well looked after 😊 🌊 Location The apartment is in Llançà, a lively coastal town on the Costa Brava, close to beaches, coves, coastal trails and mountain walks. Llançà also has a train station with connections along the coast to/from Barcelona and to France. The apartment is about a 20-minute walk uphill from the station, so many guests choose to arrive by car or take a short taxi, especially with luggage. Other things to note There is no air conditioning. The apartment stays naturally cool thanks to its layout and airflow, and portable fans are provided. The sea breeze and cooler evenings generally keep the space comfortable, even in summer. The apartment is accessed via stairs, so it may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
