New 60 m2 chalet in a residential park with heated pool, relaxation area and multi-sport court. 15 km from the famous beaches of Hossegor, Capbreton and Labenne, in the middle of the Landes countryside, close to bike paths and shops (local producers and supermarkets). Quiet, south-facing terrace, not overlooked, with a grassy area in front. The relaxation area is open on weekends and public holidays. The pool is temporarily unavailable. Opening scheduled for July 2026 The space The cottage has 2 bedrooms: 1 adult bedroom with a 160 bed and 1 children's bedroom with a bunk bed and a pull-out bed. Equipped with 5 pillows, 3 children's duvets and an adult duvet in 260. Bed sheets are not included in the services, possibility of sheets at an additional cost Other things to note The opening of the pool for the 2026 season will be delayed due to storm-related damage. Please ask us; we will provide you with more information if we have it. The pool dome will not be in place for the 2026 season. The relaxation area (sauna and hammam) will be open on certain days from the April holidays. The brand of the coffee machine is senseo. Linens and towels are not provided.
