Smoking will result in possible cancellation of your reservation and an additional cleaning FEE of $250 or the cost of smoke remediation (whichever is greater). This home contains smoke+carbon detectors and a NoiseAware device. Please note the garage is 8ft 2in max height. We request you take care of the home with the same grace you would your own home, so that you may return again soon. Guest access Prior to your arrival we will message you with an attached YouTube Video depicting access instruction. Contactless entry, entry door and complex amenities are access by FOBs on a keychain. You will be provided with a gate/garage transponder to mount on your windshield. The loss or damage of this transponder will cost $200 to replace.
