This naturally air-conditioned accommodation offers a relaxing stay for family and friends. The house is in the heart of the village without neighbors or opposite, 10 minutes from the Château de Saint Martory. You will enjoy a 1700 m2 garden with heated pool from May to mid-September, terrace, boules court, barbecue... The house has 4 spacious bedrooms (14 to 20 m2) including one with shower room, 2 separate toilets, another large shower room, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room and a dining room. The space You will access the house through an electric gate opening onto a large parking lot that can accommodate at least six cars. The thickness of the walls of the house allows it to remain pleasant even in hot weather, 23 to 24 degrees, so the air conditioning effect is guaranteed and natural. On the ground floor, you will have a large kitchen, fully equipped, a dining room, a spacious bathroom, with a large shower, a toilet, a living room, opening onto a large terrace of 50 m² paved with stone with a built-in barbecue. A wooden terrace gives you access to the pool equipped with a full-width staircase. Near the pool, hidden in the garden, an autonomous Bluetooth speaker will allow you to create your atmosphere. Outdoor lighting is also present and lighting will allow you to play nighttime pétanque games. Upstairs you will find four bedrooms, two very large and two medium. One of them has its own shower room. The bedroom windows all overlook the property without facing each other, the beds will be made upon arrival. The upper floor, like the ground floor, also has a bathroom. We provide you with all the little necessities to start your stay, coffee, tea, chocolate, sugar, oil and vinegar, salt and pepper, shower gel and towels, toilet paper. Guest access Apart from the attic and some cupboards, you can use the whole house. This house is our primary residence, we undertook to renovate it in 2020 and continue to make improvements whenever possible. Other things to note You will probably come across our little cat, Oly, she lives independently on the property. She is very nice, but very fearful and will only show herself if you want to pet her, otherwise she will remain hidden.
