Apartment cozy and very cozy, with everything you need to spend a few days in Madrid like at home. Located in the lively neighborhood of Lavapies a few minutes walk from the metro Anton Martin and the famous Rastro of Madrid. Very very central, near Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, museums, theaters, Gran Vía... Ideal for 4 people. Wifi, heating (heat pump and an electric boiler) and air conditioning. More info below :) The space The flat has all the details to make you feel at home. Features that my guests enjoy: - Cosy, equipped flat inside a corrala madrileña. - An ideal location in the centre of Madrid, specifically in Lavapiés, within walking distance of the main attractions of the city. - It also includes a wifi connection, a coffee machine and a washing machine. You will lack nothing during your stay. - Fully equipped with all the amenities and utensils necessary for a comfortable and pleasant stay: sheets, towels, amenities kit in each bathroom, consisting of 2 gel-shampoo dispensers and 2 rolls of toilet paper. In the kitchen you will have at your disposal a welcome kit consisting of: 1 bottle of dishwasher 30ml, 1 scourer, 1 multi-purpose cloth and 1 rubbish bag. - Bed linen and towels will be provided. IMPORTANT: FOR REASONS OF HYGIENE, WE DO NOT LEAVE ANY FOOD PRODUCTS: NO OIL, NO SALT, NO VINEGAR, NO SUGAR. NO COFFEE OR TEA EITHER. Other IMPORTANT features to note: - You will have a set of keys at your disposal. - IS AN INTERIOR GROUND FLOOR FLAT. -Easily accessible by public transport. Housing: You will appreciate my home for its modernity, equipment and location in the centre of Madrid. The flat can comfortably accommodate 4 people. It is located on the ground floor. To make the most of your stay, you will have the following at your disposal: A bedroom: One, with a double bed. A living room: with a comfortable table for up to 4 people, a sofa bed to rest. A complete bathroom: with shower. In addition to the amenities kit, it includes a hairdryer. Fully equipped kitchen: a complete kitchen with everything you need in case you want to spend some time in the flat. Coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine... You will have heating with heat pump and an electric boiler at your disposal. Also a small common patio where you can hang your clothes if you need to! External services: If you are travelling with a baby, please note: - Cot option available for travellers with babies for a supplement. Supplement of 30 euros. - Highchair also available for a supplement of 20 euros. - If both services are requested, the cot is priced at 30 euros and the highchair is priced at 10 euros. Please let us know your needs in advance so that we can prepare them for your stay. Guest access The closest Metro stops to the flat are: - Antón Martin stop (Line 1) which is a 3-minute walk from the flat. -The Lavapiés stop (Line 3) which is a 4 minute walk from the flat. The nearest public car parks are: - Parking Atocha 70 | iPark 3 minutes walk from the flat and costs 1 day 30€, 2 days 58€, 3 days 84€.... - Parking Barato Madrid 3 minutes walk from the flat and costs 13 €/day. -Public Parking Primavera 3 minutes walk from the flat and costs 1 day 40 €, 2 days 50 €, 3 days 60 €... IMPORTANT, IF YOU COME BY CAR YOU MUST BE AWARE THAT the flat is located within the area called MADRID CENTRAL, where there are strict traffic restrictions. Please note that, to access the flat in a private vehicle, you must have the corresponding DGT approval, otherwise you can only access the flat on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT IN ORDER TO ACCESS THE FLAT BY PRIVATE CAR, YOU RESERVE A PARKING SPACE DURING YOUR STAY. YOU CANNOT PARK ON THE STREET, PUBLIC PARKING MUST BE USED. Other things to note This property is rented exclusively for temporary stays in accordance with the regulations in force in Madrid. It is not for tourist use. The rental is intended for people who need accommodation for work, academic, health or other justified personal reasons other than tourist use. To formalise the reservation, you will need to sign a seasonal rental contract and provide documentation to prove the reason for your stay. When you arrive at the flat, I will meet you in person. If, for any reason, I am unable to do so, I will offer you the option of a self check-in. Free check-in takes place from 16:00h to 18:00h. Check-in after 18:00h and until 21:00h will have an additional charge of 20€ to be paid by the guest at the time of key handover. Check-in after 21:00h and until 23:00h will have an additional charge of 30€ to be paid by the guest at the time of key handover. We have the option of self check-in during these hours and it is free of charge. The check-in timetable is until 23:00h at night, as indicated in the house rules. If due to circumstances beyond our control (flight delays, etc.) you arrive after 23h, I can offer you the option of someone to meet you in person (there is no possibility of self check-in and the check-in must be in person) and in this case, you will have to pay 35 € at the time of delivery of keys. From 01h to 02h, 50 euros. After 02h it is NOT possible to stay in the flat. We offer early check-in and late check-out free of charge, subject to availability in the flat. Check-in until 23:00h is guaranteed, and availability after that time can be checked. The guest will be responsible for the cost of the locksmith service in case of lost or forgotten keys inside the flat (150€ to be paid to the locksmith before opening the flat). Please note that for LAST MINUTE bookings it cannot be offered to be ready for the scheduled check-in time. Noisy parties and gatherings are strictly forbidden. Under sanction of the competent authorities. The beds and towels are prepared for the number of persons indicated in the reservation. It is not permitted to accommodate more people than indicated in the reservation. Turn off the lights and air conditioning before leaving the flat. Please take out the rubbish every day, especially during the summer months. There are bins on each floor of the building. Leave the house tidy before you leave. Be respectful of the house, I expect the best from you. Thank you very much. Once the booking is confirmed, I will request a copy of all passports or identity documents of all guests. Failure to present them will be grounds for cancellation of the booking. IN ACCORDANCE WITH SPANISH LAW, ALL GUESTS STAYING IN A FLAT ARE OBLIGED TO PRESENT AN IDENTITY DOCUMENT (IDENTITY CARD OR PASSPORT) AND TO SIGN THE GUEST REGISTRATION FORM OF THE NATIONAL POLICE. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THIS OBLIGATION WILL ENTITLE US TO CANCEL THE BOOKING WITHOUT ANY COMPENSATION FOR THE CLIENT. Should you forget any belongings in the accommodation, it is your responsibility to take care of them. Although we undertake to keep them for a limited period of time, you must send someone on your behalf to collect them. It is important that you notify us of the loss of your belongings and that we inform you that they will be collected from a location other than the accommodation.
