It is an older home with rustic character, but has many modern finishes. There are 3 bedrooms rooms each has a dedicated closet and individual climate control via minisplit. The 2 Baths have been recently remodeled. the bedrooms are carpeted while the remainder of the house has freshly restored, wood plank flooring. The front and back decks are spacious and safely railed. There are gas fireplaces for ambiance and heating. They are functional on request during the winter months. The master has excellent natural light with deck access and the other 2 rooms are dark enough with blinds to take a daytime nap. It is not perfect, but cute with character that you expect from more vintage places. Guest access This house is a duplex. Yosemite Nest is the upper unit and each place has its own space and parking. Check out our lower level and reserve both to get your whole group more space! The front deck, back deck, carport and side yard are dedicated to Yosemite Nest. Vibration Sound travels to the lower unit so consideration is important. There is a picnic table upstairs with chairs and patio furniture.
