Park on the street and then enter the beautiful and spacious 3,800 square foot house. Enter the spacious living room, where you are a greeted by a warm fireplace. Transition into a comfy sun room and then into the dining room. Next enter the modern and spacious kitchen that features all of the necessary amenities. This house features 4 bedrooms. It also has a full office setup in one of the bedrooms. There is a very spacious upstairs with an extra common area. As you head outside enjoy the back porch and table with umbrella. Also enjoy the firepit and half basketball court! Note: We are under new Management and have enhanced our cleaning protocols! Other things to note For your safety and security, we have exterior security cameras and motion sensor lights. Free street parking is available; please park in front of the house. Entry is through the side door. Only potty-trained pets are permitted. Please refrain from parking in the front yard. Enjoy the new couch in the living room.
