The cottage has undergone a new life, with all new decor from floor to ceiling. The kitchen becomes the focal point of the living area, with a large center island that doubles as a gathering space and dining area with 8 stools around the island. The brand-new kitchen features all-new stainless steel appliances and beautiful granite countertops. There is a built-in wine/beverage fridge, a coffee bar with a Keurig, and a drip coffee maker. Just past the living area is a second screened porch that is an extension of the living space and offers comfortable seating overlooking the natural landscape in the backyard just beyond with a beautiful view of the marshland and tidal creek. There's even the special touch of automatic uplighting into the trees in the front and backyard adds a nice ambiance while sitting on both porches at night. The Primary Bedroom is furnished with a King-size bed and has a large wall-mounted TV. The attached bathroom has all new fixtures and a tiled walk-in shower. The bedroom has a view of the backyard, the serene marsh beyond, and a door connecting with the screened porch. The two additional bedrooms, both furnished with Queen size beds and wall-mounted flat-screen TVs, share a full hall bathroom that has a tub and shower combination.
