Along the Sarthe, 5 hectares of breathtakingly beautiful nature surround this small house, which is part of a beautiful set of remains of a 15th century manor: perimeter wall, tower and barn. Wildlife abounds: deer, pheasants, red squirrels, hares... The river, a real dream for fishermen, welcomes herons, cormorants, geese, egrets... on its banks. Swimming, discovering the surrounding medieval villages, hiking in the Mancelles Alps... The space The house has 2 floors: - a 30 m2 ground floor with living/dining room, kitchen, shower room with toilet, wood stove, sofa bed 2 places, - a 30 m2 floor with a bedroom comprising 3 separate beds 90 cm wide or a double bed 180 cm wide and a separate bed 90 cm wide, a desk area, as well as a bathroom.
