Please note: the enclosure stays open throughout the summer and is enclosed throughout the winter. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire home with keypad entry at any time. All 10 acres are private to you and your group. Your own fishing pond and fire pit area. Laundry Room Other things to note A rental agreement will be sent after your reservation is confirmed. Must be 25 years or older to book. Pool and hot tub are serviced weekly—no guest maintenance required. The pool enclosure is opened up in the summer months and fully enclosed in the winter months and cannot be adjusted during your stay. Please supervise children at all times around the pool area.
