Guest access ➺ This enormous daylight apartment is a private walkout on the basement/terrace level below our large single family home. The terrace is a private apartment, fully accessible, to guests, as well as all outdoor areas at the rear of the home. There is no access to any upper levels of the house as the apartment is totally separate. ➺ Many homes and apartments were not built to be fully handicapped accessible. If anyone in your party has special needs, we strongly recommend discussing those needs prior to booking. Other things to note ➺ Guests must eSign rental agreement and verify identity after booking. This is REQUIRED by our business/STR license. ➺ COVID-19 update - We are concerned about the health and safety of our guests and staff. To that end we have instituted special sanitation procedures before and after every guest. ➺ CAPACITY: Our home most comfortably accommodates 4 adults, up to 8 adults maximum with the use of the sofa bed and 2 fold up rollaway single beds. If you have any questions about capacity, please inquire before booking. Please be sure to enter the correct number of guests when booking. Extra guests are charged after 4 at a rate of $35/person/night. ➺ PETS: Pet fee covers up to 2 dogs for up to 10 days; additional days or pets will require additional fees via the resolution center. Please inquire before booking. ➺ DAMAGE PROTECTION PLAN - We strongly recommend all guests purchase a damage protection plan prior to their arrival. This is in lieu of holding a large damage deposit. ➺ DISCOUNTS - Rates reflect market conditions . No additional discounts will be applied. ➺ OUTAGES - Outages are rare. We cannot be held responsible for short/temporary community service interruptions including water, electricity, and/or internet. During rare power outages water usage is strictly limited so as not to experience sewer backup. We cannot be held responsible for technical difficulties accessing Wifi. No refunds or discounts should be expected. ➺ CANCELLATIONS - Currently, there are no exceptions to our cancellation policy, including those related to COVID-19.
