The recently renovated home features an open floor plan to maximize the views. The functional kitchen is well-stocked and easy to work in. It includes a full size dishwasher, stove, and microwave, toaster, drip coffee maker with grinder, and compact refrigerator. Two bar stools allow for casual dining or socializing with the cook. Additional seating for four is available at the dining table. The living room features an original midcentury fireplace, now equipped with electric candles. Relax on the comfortable furniture and take in the views or cozy up to binge watch your favorite show on a rainy PNW day (sign-in to your streaming accounts on the FireTV). Games and cards are provided for additional entertainment. Wake up to water views from the spacious primary bedroom with queen bed. A double closet offer ample storage for clothes. Pull up the comfy chair and pop open your laptop to check emails from a quiet space. The second bedroom with queen bed is the perfect place to sleep in on your vacation. A single, but roomy closet is available. The bathroom is spacious, featuring double sinks, a toilet, tub/shower combination and a full size washer and dryer. A hair dryer and towels are provided. The front deck is gated to keep kids and pets contained. Four Adirondack chairs are perfect for relaxing and taking in the views. The driveway can easily house multiple cars. You will have private access to the house and yard. Note that no guest access is currently available for the garage or breezeway. Service professionals may be on site to service the yard, but will never access the private guest spaces.
